If your institution is considering CPAt for admissions and placement testing, you may review an actual copy of the test. (Please note: Students or parents are not permitted to review the test.)
To request a review, please complete the following steps:
- Call ACT CPAt Services at 319/337-1054 and ask for a copy of the form titled "Request for Inspection of CPAt Test." ACT staff will fax or mail the form to you.
- Complete the Request for Inspection form.
- Fax the completed form to ACT at 319/341-2335 or mail it to:
