ACT College Readiness Benchmark Attainment by High School Class Rank

About 42% of all 2013 ACT-tested high school graduates reported that they expected to graduate in the top quarter of their graduating class. The chart below shows how attainment of the ACT College Readiness Benchmarks in English, mathematics, reading, and science varies among ACT-tested 2013 high school graduates based on class rank. The percentage of students who met the ACT College Readiness Benchmarks varies substantially by quarter of class rank.
