Shane King started at ACT in 2018. He provides executive leadership and direction for all corporate operational functions that directly impact the test taker experience and customer journey, including call center operations supporting registration and scheduling; application processing; global distribution center services; test center operations; capacity planning and development and testing accommodations and accessibility.
Before joining ACT, Shane spent 20 years working in the testing industry, leading global operational functions for major testing organizations, such as Prometric and PSI, supporting a broad range of market segments—education, licensure, professional certification and government.
Shane draws on his extensive testing industry expertise to develop innovative strategies that leverage evolving technologies to increase test delivery and security, customer convenience and overall operational excellence. He promotes a culture of performance measurement and continuous quality improvement.
