'Work Hard' initiative recognized by Harvard: Program uses to match workers to jobs-Wichita Times Record (TX)

The Work Hard — Work Smart Initiative, spearheaded by the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has been recognized as one of 111 Bright Idea innovative government initiatives by the Harvard University Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation. The focus of this program is to promote the ACT WorkKey's National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) as a tool to match skilled workers to local jobs assisting with regional business retention and attraction.
