In this program, you will learn how to develop, plan, and manage health care operations and services within health care facilities and across health care systems. You will study planning, business and financial management, public relations, human resources management, and health care systems operation and management. You will also learn about health care resource allocation and policy making, health law and regulations, and applications to specific types of health care services.

Degrees

• A certificate or associate degree prepares individuals for jobs such as benefits administrator or substance abuse counselor.
• A bachelor's degree is required for positions such as hospital or public health administrator, or social worker.
