In this program, you will learn how to repair, service, and maintain aircraft components and power plants. This includes instruction in layout and fabrication of sheet metal, fabric, wood, and other materials in the structure of aircraft; engine inspection and maintenance, electrical and ignition systems, carburetion, fuels and fuel systems, and propeller and fan assemblies. You will learn how to repair and replace damaged or worn parts such as control cables and hydraulic units. This program includes classroom instruction and practical application in aircraft repair.
