ACT® WorkKeys® remote proctoring is a new premium feature in the ACT® WorkKeys® assessment suite for the adult market (e.g., community colleges, workforce boards, adult education agencies, businesses, etc.). The remote proctoring feature will allow 24/7 testing anytime anywhere.

Note: Currently only the online Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents tests are available for remote proctoring. Accommodations testing options are limited and may still be best served through onsite administrations.

Technical Requirements Required to Test with a Remote Proctor

Tip: For optimal testing experience, we encourage you to use a system check prior to test day. This provides an accurate simulation of your testing device and internet connection. It’s recommended to perform the check about the same time of day that you plan to test.

Accommodations Information:
Tip: Due to the nature of remote proctoring, accommodations testing options are limited and may still be best served through onsite administrations. Speak with your test site administrator for guidance.
Access and Interpret your WorkKeys Scores and NCRC
Tip: Due to the nature of remote proctoring, scores will not be available to examinees until 72 hours after it’s been submitted. This hold time allows ACT time to evaluate the academic integrity of the exam session. After the hold period expires, you may contact your site facilitator to release the scores.
Tip: Examinees who achieve a minimum score of three (3) or higher on each subject test may be eligible to receive an ACT WorkKeys NCRC.

Tip: Examinees who earn an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate can access test scores as well as view, print, and share their certificate by either creating an account or accessing an existing account at myworkkeys.com.
