Energy Broker
PrintWork Tasks
ENERGY BROKERS buy or sell energy for customers. They act as agents between energy producers and energy consumers. Energy brokers work with industrial or commercial customers to help them save on natural gas and electricity costs. They gather data about how much energy consumers use (gas, electric, solar, oil), and identify which utility markets have the best opportunities for savings. Energy brokers submit bids to energy suppliers, and write contracts and agreements to be signed by energy users and suppliers.
