In this program, you will learn general animal sciences such as breeding and husbandry of agricultural animals; production, processing, and distribution of animal products; prevention and control of diseases in agricultural animals; animal nutrition, dairy science, livestock management, and poultry science. You will study the biological diversity between cattle, swine, poultry, and horses, and the role which animals play in our society and in global economy. You will learn how marketing of animal and poultry products affects our eating habits.
